We enjoy our vacations at Mar Calma and its prime location in the port. We are always made to feel welcome and the staff go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are a few points that we would like to highlight Room 304 - floor separator between room and bathroom is damaged and needs replacing. Also, the shower metal bar is corroded and needs attention. Finally, it would be good to reintroduce the pillow choices option that were available before Covid. Breakfast would benefit if a limited hot option was added to the current continental , e.g. omelette. This was included in menu prior to Covid. |

All in all a great week, the only item that could have been better was the wi-fi. Maria was exceptional, great fun, very helpful on everything, could not have done more to make out stay fantastic. We will be coming back and will be recommending the hotel to others. |

Room very clean, was cleaned daily and towels changed, cleaners an asset to the hotel. Breakfast was basic but plenty of choice. Staff on Receptionist was professional, no Manager on site during stay, all staff young and more interested in helping friends and local business from adjourning properties, with breakfast & drinks. The staff serving breakfast was very condescending. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient however there is no parking apart from a public carpark which can be an issue when walking with luggage however the most disappointing points are: 1. The shower was very cold and had no pressure; 2. The bed was very uncomfortable and too soft; 3. The room needs sound proofing as the bar next door was playing music until 2am or 3am. The welcome drink was a nice gesture but I asked for a small beer instead of cava which I had to pay for!! For the price I expected much better but the hotel seems to justify this on the location. |

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are spotlessly clean. If you want to stay in the centre of puerto pollensa then I can’t recommend this hotel enough |

The room was great, everything we needed. The air con was brilliant, the best we have had for a while. great location, the sound proofing was probably the only issue we had. from other rooms arriving home, talking very loud and doors being closed and from outside, the noise from the bars was pretty bad. Next time i would need a room on the other side, we were in 203. We would have liked to know the prices of the mini bar to, or was this free? the hot tub on the top floor and the lounge on floor 1 was a great extra. We will be back as we loved where we were and the value for money, just another room!! |

The hotel and room cannot be faulted. It is almost perfect. However when I last stayed at Mar Calma there were wonderful cooked breakfasts. However this was not an option this year and I was very disappointed as it was one of the reasons I selected Mar Calma. Another issue was the noise generated by the bars across from Mar Calma. |
