"Mi experiencia fue excelente con ambas recepcionistas. La que me dio checkin me ayudo el dia siguiente a realizar checkin online en mi vuelo, y la que me despidio, muy cordialmente me atendio a las 4 am cuando me iba..... no doy nombres por confidencialidad pero muy agradecido... El hostal esta situado en pleno centro y tiene todo lo necesario para estar varias noches.... Se despide Eneko Parada Barquilla"

They used chlorine everywhere so it was hard to breathe and be in the rooms, especially bathrooms. There is better options, like “The Pink Stuff” that is better for the health and environment. I felt sorry for the cleaning staff that they have to work in that condition every day,,, please change. It was very cold and not a comfortable hanging area, so there were literally no space to work, except from bed… The staff was always very kind and helpful!! |

Deberían aclarar que el huésped debe traer su propio candado. En las fotos dan a entender que proporcionan las toallas libres de costo. En el baño faltan repisas para poder colocar las pertenencias (la superficie en el lavabo no cuenta porque siempre está mojada). En las duchas también faltan repisas. |

Estoy yendo al hotel desde noviembre del 2021 Y he visto como ha mejorado la planta física del mismo que era lo único de dejaba a desear, porque todo lo demás me lo encontraba bien |
