´Situato nel cuore di Madrid, Artistic B&B ti permette di raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte delle principali attrazioni turistiche di Madrid come i musei Prado e Reina Sofía, Puerta del Sol o Plaza de Cibeles. Il nostro B&B si trova in Il quartiere letterario di Madrid, un ambiente che ha una gamma completa di negozi, che vanno dal più tradizionale, con secoli di storia, al più moderno che risponde alle ultime tendenze. Siamo anche molto vicini al ´Triángulo del Arte o Triángulo del Oro ´dei musei più famosi di Madrid. Abbiamo evidenziato alcuni dei percorsi più attraenti per coloro che ci visitano e vogliono conoscere la città. Siamo situati in una zona semi-pedonale il che significa che, sebbene sia un Un quartiere vivace che offre grandi possibilità di intrattenimento, i nostri ospiti potranno godere di un soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo. Abbiamo un facile accesso sia in auto, metropolitana, treno e autobus dal aeroporto, quindi risparmieranno tempo durante il viaggio e avranno più alternative per spostarsi a Madrid. Artistic B&B si trova al 3 ° piano di un antico edificio recentemente ristrutturato nel centro storico di Madrid. Questi edifici, per il loro valore architettonico, non consentono alcune riforme strutturali, il che in questo caso implica che non abbiamo un ascensore. Questi edifici conferiscono un fascino particolare al quartiere, ma informiamo i nostri ospiti della situazione perché non vogliamo che si stupiscano quando arrivano! Per questo motivo, consigliamo anche di non venire molto carichi di bagagli! In ogni caso la ginnastica non guasta mai e speriamo che la nostra ospitalità valga la scalata! ´

I usually read comments, but I somehow didn’t on this stay. Went with the trip advisor rating. Big mistake. This place is perfect for backpackers. Not for elderly travellers who have been in Europe for a month including a three week cruise.The stairs- four flights with no railings on the first level, were very steep and difficult. A staff member was still there when we arrived- at 4:30 ( he leaves at 5:30) and helped us with our bags. He wasn’t there when we left two days later. No view in our room, which was okay, with a great shower, and the only window was very high up and provided minimal light. The tv only had Spanish channels. The location was great, but the difficulty of going in and out meant we left and stayed out all day until after dinner. Definitely no “home” to relax in after a day of sightseeing. Next time I’ll read ahead more carefully. As I sai, this is a place for the young and the backpacking community with few bags just looking for a bed and a good shower., near the action. For them it is great |

Chambre originale, bien décorée, literie confortable. Très bien située pour visiter Madrid, ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite : il y a 3 étages. A noter, chambre 6 sur cour sans vue mais pas gênant car on ne reste pas dans la chambre. Un petit flottement à notre arrivée à 22h, il faut téléphoner pour avoir le code d'entrée et le mode de fonctionnement pour accéder à la chambre. Info erronée sur le mail indiquant les moyens d'accès en venant de l'aéroport : le bus express n'est pas jaune mais bleu et porte le numéro 203 et dessert tous les terminaux. Il arrive à la gare d'Atocha et il faut 15 à 20 mn à pied pour rejoindre Artistic B&B. |
