El apartamento está muy bien, y la ubicación es perfecta, una zona tranquila y agradable, la limpieza deja algo que desear, hemos estado 6 días y pregunte el cambio de sabanas y no las cambian si no semanal, me parece mal en época de verano, con el calor es algo anti higiénico.. Al igual que por desgracia hemos tenido un problema con la cafetera que al faltar mantenimiento estaba trancada y a explotado causandome quemaduras de primer grado en mano y brazo, a lo que solo me han dicho de cambiar de cafetera y nunca la cambiaron y tampoco hicieron nada. |

Apartments are big & spacious & have basic utensils available. All apartments have a pool view. Apartments are just a 10 minutes taxi ride away from & too the airport. They are cleaned daily. It is just a 10 minute stroll away to the main road where all bars, restaurants & shops are. Location is perfect for a nice, quiet, relaxing holiday. The only thing I would change is having comfier pillows & having aircon would be a huge advantage. |

Everything was available in the apartment. Upon arrival there were a few stains on the floor. But otherwise a great and large apartment. A few groceries as basic equipment would be nice, such as oil, salt, pepper,... Gladly again! |

Lugar muy bien comunicado, cerca del aeropuerto y de fácil acceso a todos los sitios turísticos de la isla. Los apartamentos son confortables, amplios, luminosos, ideal para una pareja, la habitación muy amplia, con gran armario y camas muy cómodas. La terraza es grande y todas dan a la piscina. El recinto es muy tranquilo, con piscina genial para pegarte un baño tras la jornada turística y con jardín tropical. Cerca del paseo marítimo y cerca a playa Chica, protegida del viento y sin oleaje. |

We had an awesome vacation in the apartment. Everything was clean and pretty spacious. The kitchen is quite big even though it lacks some utilities. The resort is situated very calm. Pool and pool table are very cool features in this price category. Cleaning ladies are super friendly. I can only complain about the lack of toilet paper. Even though there is no air conditioning, the wind cools down the apartment in the evening. The resort is located quite good. All bus stops for all lines in Puerto del Carmen are reachable within about 7 min and so is the closest beach. The staff is extremely friendly and there is a small reception at the front where you can get water, postcards and information stuff like at the tourist office. All in all, one can say that a lot of the stuff in the apartment is used but for this price it's definitely worth it. We can absolutely recommend it and look forward to staying there again! |

We love everything about La Laguneta apartments, that's why we keep coming back. Staff are wonderful, apartments are very clean and comfortable and conveniently located. There is always parking and we can walk everywhere in the evenings. The pool and garden are very well maintained and it is a pleasure to spend time there. |

El apartamento está bien, dentro de ése precio.El inmobiliario bastante viejo, la ropa de cama y toallas muy desgastadas, la cortina del cuarto baño bastante percudida...Pequeños detalles que se podrían mejorar y no dan tan mal aspecto. |

Nice accomadation for the price you pay, nice and quiet, clean and tidy, pool very close and staff very friendly, the manager Mingo is very helpful, apartments are about 6 minutes walk from the main strip, this is my second time staying here and booking for next year too. |

Appartamento basico ben tenuto tutto sommato, buona la cura degli spazi comuni e della piscina, lo conosco da anni e il personale che ci lavora è davvero molto gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, che a Lanzarote dove negli ultimi anni tutto è aumentato, qui i prezzi sono onesti e rapportati realmente a quanto offrono il che non è poco ed è per questo che resta per me un punto di riferimento quando ci ritorno. Le pulizie: sono quotidiane ma un pò alla buona... e tutto sommato accettabili, prevedono il cambio lenzuola settimanalmente e degli asciugamani ogni tre giorni, rimpiazzo basico delle carta igienica quando manca. Ottimo il parcheggio auto gratuito che si trova fuori dagli appartamenti per strada negli spazi pubblici che è comunque facile trovare essendo una zona non centralissima ma comunque a 10 minuti a piedi dalla grande Avenida de las Playas (via principale di negozi, bar, ristoranti). |

Die Handtücher waren einfach nur widerlich und haben nach Schimmel gestunken und wurden nicht einmal gewechselt. In 5 Tagen wurde absolut nicht geputzt - nicht einmal das Toilettenpapier wurde erneuert. Das Bett war kaputt und sehr wackelig. Als ich die zwei Betten zusammengeschoben habe, war alles dreckig unter dem Bett und es gab sogar einige Krabeltiere. Der Pool ist ebenfalls verschmutzt, sodass wir nicht einmal drin gebadet haben. Es war natürlich sehr günstig in der Hochsaison dort zu bleiben, aber Standardservice wie Sauberkeit ist eigentlich überall zu erwarten. Egal welchen Preis man bezahlt . Die Lage des Apartments ist super, nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Promenade von Puerto del Carmen und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze. |
