Lovely hotel with nice dedign and perfect location to visit the historical center. Very friendly and caring staff at the reception. Decent rooms, where I especially appreciated available kettle and cups. The only thing I would change - blankets ( we had wool plaid blankets)

Dommage quelconque on n a pas pu avoir une double de la clé, pour une chambre de trois personnes. Pensez à avoir des clés en double, pour le confort de vos clients

todo bien como siempre, desde hace años. Hay algo que pienso que vale la pena comentar, por mi no pasa nada pero pienso que la empresa que cambio las ventanas de las habitaciones no hicieron un buen trabajo. Estuve varias veces en la 202, y en la parte izquierda de la nueva ventana, al nivel de las bisagras, no es impermeable. Entran el aire, la luz y el ruido. Si te acercas, veras la luz entre el muro y la ventana. Lo repito, por mi no pasa nada, pero para vosotros, me parece que no os proveyeron lo debido.

Room by the elevator is very noisey at night. There were spiders and a dead cockroach in our room. Perfect location though close to everything.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt im Hotel Europa! Das Zimmer war klein, aber super schön, toll dekoriert und sauber. Die Dusche war richtig heiß und angenehm. Der Marmorboden ist im Sommer sicher großartig, im Winter machen Hausschuhe Sinn! Auch beim Frühstück gab es relativ viel Auswahl und täglich frisches Obst. Das Hotel ist rund um die Uhr besetzt, so dass man immer einen Ansprechpartner hat, wenn irgendwas ist. Die Preise für die Minibar sind absolut OK, es gibt einen Safe im Zimmer und einen Aufzug im Haus. Wir buchten das Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen in Kombination mit dem guten Preis und der tollen Lage und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Gerne kommen wir wieder, wenn wir wieder in Sevilla sind!

Hôtel très bien situé. Cadre typique et très propre. Personnel très aimable et pouvant parler anglais également. Petit déjeuner correct mais il manque (pour les touristes) des options salées (oeufs par exemple). Confort : 7/10 = matelas un peu mou (pour deux adultes c'est parfois un peu trop mou). Le gros point noir du confort général est le manque d'insonorisation des chambres entre elles (sur le même étage et à étage différent). En effet nous avons été plusieurs fois réveillés par des clients qui parlaient entre eux ou qui se rendaient dans la salle de bain de leur chambre : nous pouvions tout entendre. C'est dommage car sans cela l'hôtel serait vraiment recommandable à 100%.

The throw on the bed was stained and the tv remote had white stuff on it. The staff were fabulous and very friendly The bathroom was immaculate I loved the information given on check in.

Nuestra estancia ha sido agradable en el hotel. Es muy hermoso con su decoraciòn de mayolicas y muebles antiguos. Su ubicaciòn es perfecta para disfrutar de la ciudad. El personal es amable, acogedor y atento al cliente. El unico inconveniente ha sido el cambio de la habitaciòn respecto à la habitaciòn confirmada por mail. En todo caso puedo elegir este hotel para otro viaje en Sevilla.

Lage ausgezeichnet, Personal nett, Zimmer in keinem adäquaten Zustand, hellhörig und geschmacklos, Toiletten Brille beschädigt, renovierungsbedürftig, Frühstücksraum eine Zumutung, Frühstück ok aber zusammen mit dem Raum nicht zumutbar für 120€ die Nacht !
